The FlashRunner™ HS is equipped with a high-performance processor and eight independent high-speed Type-C communication module interfaces that can be combined in any configuration, allowing simultaneous programming of up to 32 chips. The dedicated communication modules ensure highly reliable communication quality.

小巧而靈活的硬體設計

設計小巧的 FlashRunner™ HS 可以貼近板子放置在治具內部,具有 USB Type-C 端口用於連接 HS 控制單元,同時具備 ISP/PP 設備接口用於與晶片通訊。此外,它還配備了最新一代高性能字電路驅動器,支援高達 80MHz 的通訊頻率,並提供可編程電源以為電路板供電,並監測輸出電源的電壓和電流。

Active Modules

為不同需求設計的四個系列

GP 系列適用於 MCU、串行存儲器、QUAD SPI 存儲器、CPLD、OTP 等各種類型的晶片。
eMMC 系列專為滿足 eMMC 存儲器的高頻和快速 8 位總線而設計。
NAND-1 適用於高達 16 位的 NAND 設備的數據總線,可達協定的最高速率 12Mbps。
CAN-4 通訊模組專為 CAN 和 CAN-FD 通訊而設計。

GP (General Purpose)

GP-2 與 GP-4 分別支援 2 或 4 個並行通道,可以達到最多 32 個通道的獨立和並行燒錄。
每個通道配備 8 條數位 I/O 線(包括 4 條地線),並且每個通道有 2 條獨立且可編程的電壓線。
每個通道包含 20 個訊號點。

eMMC

eMMC-1 與 eMMC-2 分別支援 1 或 2 個並行通道。
每個通道具備 6 條地線、12 條支援 eMMC 8 位介面的數位 I/O,最高可達 80MB/s。
搭載先進的 DIO 線路驅動器,每個通道包含 2 條獨立的可編程電壓線以及 30 個訊號點。

NAND-1

配備 24 條數字 I/O 線,支援並行 NAND 8 位和 16 位的數據總線,並配備 12 條地線。

CAN-4

配備 4 組並行且獨立的通道,可達 CAN/CAN-FD 協定的最高速率 12Mbps。
每個通道包含獨立的電隔離收發器,並依照 CAN/CAN-FD 協定規範連接到 CAN 總線。
可選配用於 SUB-D 9pin 連接器的附加接口板。
